PROJECT DESCRIPTION / ENGINEERING SCOPE OF WORK:

provided civil engineering services on an existing 72 acre Assurant property of which only 7 acres was developed in two phases. Project in the city of MIAMI, Florida. Phase I consists of a proposed parking area where we have provided a drainage system which includes a combination of retention areas & exfiltration trench. This drainage system will have proposed positive outfall to an adjacent lake. Phase II also consists of a proposed parking area where we provide Paving, Grading & Drainage as well as Pavement Markings & Signage.
