Project Description / Civil-Site Engineering Scope of Work:

The scope of work included civil-site engineering for a new warehouse and parking lot. The drainage design and stormwater permitting was completed with the Town of Davie, Central Broward Water Control District (CBWCD) and South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD). The drinking water, sanitary sewer and fire connections were designed and permitted with Broward County and the Town of Davie. Orangemen Warehouse was the last undeveloped parcel of land located within the New Town Master Plan. Other civil-site engineerng scope included ADA Improvements for pedestrian traffic from offsite sidewalk and internal parking lot and sidewalks

This civil-site engineering project required dry pre-treatment of water quality to overflow weirs that connected to the stormwater master plan ponds. The civil-site engineering for roadway improvements included new sidewalk along Kean Road for the Town of Davie Public Works department. Entrance enhancement civil-site engineering was required to meet the twenty five year berm elevation as per CBWCD.

The warehouse facility operates today as flex space with some units operating as offices and other units operating as retail.
