PROJECT DESCRIPTION / SCOPE OF WORK:

•  Participating as the Civil Engineer of Record for Cubellis (Architect of Record) with the paving, grading and drainage for the ball fields, tennis courts and pools. Site Permits are anticipated with Broward County EPD/SFWMD and Broward County HRS/FDEP. The project’s stormwater management will be handled with a combination of exfiltration trench and dry retention to meet the water quality treatment volume requirements for the construction limits.
