PROJECT DESCRIPTION / ENGINEERING SCOPE OF WORK:

Scope of work included the paving, grading and drainage design and stormwater permitting with Town of Davie, Central Broward Water Control District (CBWCD) and South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD). Potable water, sanitary sewer and fire department connections designed and permitted with Broward County HRS and the Town of Davie Utilities and Engineering departments. Orangemen Warehouse is the last undeveloped 3 acre parcel of land located within the New Town Master Plan. The project required dry pre-treatment of water quality to over flow inverted weirs that ultimately make it to the Master Plan’s large ponds. Other improvements included new sidewalk along Kean Road right-of-way and entrance enhancements to meet the Master Plan’s 25 year berm elevation as per CBWCD.
