PROJECT DESCRIPTION / SCOPE OF WORK: 

Participating as the Civil Engineer of Record for Cubellis (Architect of Record) with the paving, grading and drainage for the ball fields, tennis courts and basketball courts and utility fire line design for 5 buildings. Pompano Beach Engineering for Site Permits are anticipated with Broward County EPD/SFWMD and Broward County HRS/FDEP. Runoff from site improvements for the 2.97 acres (Phase II) is proposed to be handled with two half foot deep retention areas by the track and 150 linear feet of exfiltration trench. The existing stormwater drainage system includes retention areas and an exfiltration trench system installed during Phase I.  Pompano Beach Engineering additional scope of work for Phase II includes fire line protection for buildings 2-6.
