Ross Engineering is pleased to announce our selection with the City of Hallandale Beach for the redesign and upgrade of Ingalls Park including new pavilions and parking expansion. As part of the Synalovski-Romanik-Saye team, our company is responsible for the paving grading and drainage, utilities, signing and marking, pollution prevention, engineering permitting and site work construction administration.
