PROJECT DESCRIPTION / SCOPE OF WORK: 

Our engineering company was contracted to perform civil engineering services for this 32.7 ac site as the design engineer florida professionals. The scope of work includes paving, grading and drainage design including dry retention to meet the requirements for water quality. Our wet pond design engineer florida professional usedICPR and PondS 3.3 were used to model for attenuation and pollution abatement groundwater recovery analysis. An existing lake was being used to treat the remainder of the water quality volume. A water, sanitary sewer and fire plan was also designed with connections to existing lift station and on site 8″ water main. Permitting is coordinated with Broward County Heath department, Florida department of environmental protection, the Town of Davie, Broward County Environmental protection and the South Florida Water Management District.
