PROJECT DESCRIPTION / SCOPE OF WORK:

Contracted for professional residential engineer services to perform civil engineering services for this 2.5 acre site in Davie Florida. The scope of work included paving, grading and drainage design including a 25 year 3 day perimeter berm calculations to TOWN of DAVIE and central broward water control district standards. Additionally, a sanitary septic tank plan was designed to include a tank and drain field. Permitting was coordinated with Broward County HRS, Town of Davie and CBWCD. Construction was perfomed over a 6-8 week period and the project was a success for the owner.
