PROJECT DESCRIPTION / SCOPE OF WORK:

Ross Engineering was hired as the southwest ranches engineer to implement civil engineering design techniques for this two acre single family home location. The engineering scope of work included paving, grading and drainage design, water and sewer design and storm water pollution prevention plans. The drainage was designed using dry retention areas to meet the central broward control district (CBWCD) standards for water quality and water quantity. The storm water pollution prevention and erosion control plan was designed to using best management practices which included a gravel construction entrance, sedimentation basin and a perimeter silt fence barrier. The permit comments were coordinated with the Architect,  the Town of Davie and CBWCD.
