DESCRIPTION:
The School District of Palm Beach County, Crestwood Middle School, Royal Palm Beach, FL –
Ross Engineering, palm beach county sbe, was contracted to design the drainage, water and sanitary sewer for the proposed modular building. The other site additions included extending the existing parking lots, adding a new parking lot, relocating the new basketball and tennis courts, new pavement, concrete sidewalk, and a new bus loop off of N. Park Road. Drainage will be handled with dry retention area to meet the water quantity and water quality treatment volume requirements for the limits of construction. This project is currently at 100% with the school district and is in the permitting process with The School District of Palm Beach, Palm Beach County Water utilities, and the Village of Royal Palm Beach. Ross Engineering is both a School District of Palm Beach County SBE and WBE civil engineering firm.
